Create a detailed and documented design system to unite all digital touchpoints of a bank’s disparate ecosystem.
Union Bank needed our help to unify their massively different experiences, UI, and branding of every touch point — public webpage, authenticated web, mobile apps, in-branch kiosks, etc. To do so, we created a detailed and documented design system that united them all. My role: I had the opportunity to take the leadership role on this team. While designing and documenting my own components, I also set up new team processes and tools, assisted in teaching teammates about system design, and acted as the source of truth throughout the project. At the conclusion of this project, I prepared training for Union Bank’s in-house design team to set them on a path to success.
